1 Year Return

At Sohnne, we prioritize clarity, fairness, and a seamless experience to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy has been carefully crafted to provide transparency and flexibility while maintaining the highest standards for our iconic furniture products.

We offer a 365-day return policy for customers in the 48 contiguous United States and a 14-day return policy for customers in the European Union, in compliance with local regulations. The return window begins on the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s tracking information.

To qualify for a return, please ensure the item is in its original packaging, which must be undamaged and include all protective materials. The item must also be in new, unused condition, free from scratches, stains, or alterations. Please note that custom-made items, final sale products, and clearance items are not eligible for returns. Damaged packaging will also disqualify the item from being eligible for return.

We are committed to being transparent about costs associated with returns:

• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, which will also be deducted from the refund.
• The first purchase must exceed $900, excluding taxes, discounts, shipping fees, returns, and other applicable deductions.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier, by emailing support@sohnne.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging, along with your order number and a description of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@sohnne.com or visit the Returns Center on our website. Please provide your order number, photos of the item (if necessary), and a brief explanation of the return reason. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Use the original packaging to ensure safe transport and avoid additional fees for damaged items during transit.

Exclusions for Returns

At Sohnne, we deeply understand that life can sometimes take unexpected turns. While our return policy is designed to be flexible, certain circumstances beyond our control may limit return eligibility. Returns cannot be processed for items damaged due to natural disasters such as fires or wildfires, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, severe storms, or earthquakes.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

• Within 24 Hours of Purchase: Orders canceled within 24 hours and before shipment will incur a 5% transaction fee to cover administrative costs.
• After 24 Hours of Purchase: Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 10% fee.

We are committed to minimizing waste and promoting sustainability. Items that do not meet the return requirements may be donated to local charities, with your consent, to support our community while reducing our environmental impact.

All return-related costs (e.g., restocking fees and shipping label costs) are transparently displayed on product pages and during checkout.
