Sohnne Warranty Policy

At Sohnne, we are dedicated to providing superior quality furniture designed to last for generations. To reflect this commitment, we offer a 10-year warranty—far exceeding the industry standard. This warranty is crafted to provide you with confidence and assurance in the quality of your purchase.

Your furniture is constructed using premium materials and crafted by skilled artisans. Each piece undergoes rigorous inspections at every stage of production, from the supply chain to the warehouse. This ensures that 99% of the time, your furniture will meet or exceed your expectations.

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to validate any warranty claims.


What Does This Warranty Cover?

For residential use, this warranty provides coverage for:

  • Manufacturing defects in metal or solid wood components.
  • A one-year warranty for soft parts and workmanship-related failures (e.g., loose threading, detached buttons, or adhesive failures).

For light commercial use, it covers:

  • Structural failures of metal or solid wood components in low-traffic environments such as coffee shops, boutique offices, or hotel rooms.

Light commercial use refers to controlled environments where furniture is not exposed to high levels of stress or wear.


How Long Does the Coverage Last?

For residential use:

  • 10 years of coverage for structural failures of metal or solid wood components.
  • 1 year for soft parts and workmanship-related issues such as adhesives, buttons, or threading.

For light commercial use:

  • 1 year of coverage for structural failures of metal or solid wood components.

What Will Sohnne Do?

For residential use:

  • Sohnne will provide replacement parts at no cost for structural failures covered under the 10-year warranty. These parts will ship within 8–14 weeks of approval.
  • For soft parts or workmanship issues within the one-year warranty, Sohnne will reimburse local repair charges if:
    • The repair quote is submitted and approved in advance, and
    • The work is performed by a local repair service.

Sohnne is not responsible for the quality of third-party repairs and cannot offer further compensation for unsatisfactory work.

For light commercial use:

  • Sohnne may, at its discretion, provide replacement parts, arrange for repairs, or replace the item entirely.
  • Shipping and labor costs for replacements are the responsibility of the customer.

If a warranty claim is denied, Sohnne will notify the customer in writing with a clear explanation. We’re happy to explore alternative resolutions where applicable—such as discounted repair services or replacement parts.


What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Materials such as marble, paint, leather, fabric, fiberglass, foams, veneers, and coatings.
  • Damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or acts of nature (e.g., floods, wind, extreme weather).
  • Items intended for indoor use but damaged due to outdoor exposure.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, staining, or cushion compression.
  • Consequential or incidental damages.
  • Products that have been resold, transferred, or moved outside the original region of purchase (e.g., U.S., EU, or Canada).
  • Use inconsistent with the intended purpose of the product.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty or the shortest period allowed by law.

Sohnne’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental/consequential damages, so these may vary based on local regulations.


How Do You Get Service?

If you believe your product is defective or has an issue covered under this warranty:

  • Contact Sohnne within 14 days of delivery.
  • Provide a detailed description, photo/video evidence, and proof of purchase.

If approved:

  • Sohnne will cover return shipping costs for repair or replacement.
  • Most warranty resolutions are processed within 30 days.
  • Replacement parts typically ship within 8–14 weeks.

Dispute Resolution

By purchasing a Sohnne product, you agree to resolve disputes through arbitration as outlined in Sohnne’s Terms and Conditions. Class action lawsuits are waived under this agreement.


Mulberry Warranty

For extended protection, Sohnne offers the Mulberry Warranty:

  • 2 additional years for $199
  • Or 5 years of comprehensive coverage for 10% of the product price

This optional plan provides peace of mind and long-term protection for your furniture investment.
